SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Where We Ship

 

We currently ship physical products to the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at theworldofkolgennon@gmail.com— we may be able to accommodate your order manually. We plan to expand international shipping in future.

 

4.2 How Our Shipping Works

 

Our physical products are produced on a print-on-demand basis by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Each item is printed and dispatched individually after your order is placed. Where possible, orders are fulfilled from Printful's UK facility to minimise delivery time and avoid customs delays.

 

4.3 Delivery Times

 

Production time: 2–5 working days after order confirmation.

 

Shipping time (UK): 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the shipping service selected.

 

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 working days from order.

 

These are estimates provided by our fulfilment partner and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be slightly longer during peak seasons (November–December) or in the event of carrier delays outside our control.

 

4.4 Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and your delivery address. Current rates are provided by Printful and reflect the real cost of dispatch. We do not add a shipping margin.

 

4.5 Digital Products

 

Digital products — ebooks and downloadable files — are delivered immediately on receipt of payment, by download link to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are also available on the order confirmation page. No shipping charge applies to digital products.

 

4.6 Order Tracking

 

For physical orders, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link, where tracking is provided by the carrier.

 

4.7 Failed or Undelivered Orders

 

If an order is returned to our fulfilment partner owing to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge a re-dispatch fee. Please double-check your address at checkout.
