
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

3.1 Overview
Because our physical products are made to order on a print-on-demand basis, we handle returns differently from a stocked retailer. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are fully preserved. This policy explains how those rights apply to our print-on-demand and digital products, and how to exercise them.
3.2 Physical Products — Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at theworldofkolgennon@gmail.com with:

Clear photographs showing the fault or damage (and, where relevant, the packaging)
We will arrange a reprint and replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. You will not be required to return the faulty item in most cases.
3.3 Physical Products — Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at theworldofkolgennon@gmail.com with your order number within that 14-day period.
Because our products are made to order, returns for change of mind are handled as follows: you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us or to our fulfilment partner's designated address, and the item must be returned in its original condition. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refundable on a change-of-mind return only where you return the entire order.
3.4 Personalised or Custom Items
Where a product has been personalised to your specification (for example, a commissioned bespoke item), the right to cancel for change of mind does not apply, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your rights in respect of faulty or damaged items are unaffected.
3.5 Digital Products
Digital products — ebooks and downloadable files — are delivered immediately on payment. By completing your purchase and confirming at checkout that you wish to receive immediate delivery, you expressly waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37).If your digital file is corrupted, will not open, or is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement file or a full refund. Contact us at theworldofkolgennon@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
3.6 How to Request a Refund
Email theworldofkolgennon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
